At the 40 minute mark, I asked a nurse when I would be seen. She said "you checked in early so that is why it feels like you have been waiting a long time." I checked in 15 minutes early, like we are asked to do, and it was 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. It didn't "feel like" I was waiting a long time - I was waiting a long time. No answer was given to me about how long I could expect to continue to wait. At the end of the appointment, I was told a nurse would come in and finalize my heart monitor information. No nurse ever came in. I waited an additional 10 minutes before I walked to the nurse's station and asked what I was supposed to do. No one could give me an answer, and it was suggested that I check out. When I was checking out, no one had any information ready for me in regard to the heart monitor. All in all, I was at this facility for an hour and a half for what should have been a quick follow up appointment. I am very disappointed in the complete disregard of concern for my time. I find it difficult to want to return to this office.Jan 2024ALWAYS OUTSTANDING..!!Jan 2024[...] ALWAYS OUTSTANDING..!!Jan 2024I forgot my hearing.
