- Tu Forkner has served the obstetrical and gynecological needs of the Plano community as a physician assistant since 2019. She previously worked as an emergency medical technician before going on to become certified as a PA. Tu is passionate about helping women of all ages make informed decisions about their health through pregnancy planning and education and comprehensive Ob/Gyn care. She strives to be a trusted resource for women and girls by empowering them through knowledge.
Tu earned her bachelor’s degree in biology while attending The University of Texas at Dallas. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Tu is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Association of Physician Assistants in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. She speaks fluent English and conversational Vietnamese.
