- Cassie Hinojosa is certified as a nurse practitioner and orthopedic nurse. She has been caring for the bone and joint health of North Texans since 2013, and has additional experience as a registered nurse in the areas of family medicine, vein care, and allergy and asthma support. As an orthopedic nurse and AGPCNP, she is skilled to perform joint injection therapies, surgical assistance for hip and knee procedures, fracture and orthopedic wound care, treatments for arthritis and a variety of other orthopedic services.
Cassie earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. She has her master’s degree in nursing with emphasis in AGPCNP from The University of Texas at Arlington. Cassie served as a past secretary of the Fort Worth Chapter of the National Association of Orthopedic Nurses and is a current member of the organization. She is also a member of the American Nurses Association, National Gerontological Nursing Association and Texas Nurses Association.
