The Outpatient Sports and Rehabilitation Program offers services for all levels of athletes — from the casual weekend warrior to the serious athlete. Diagnostic imaging and surgical repair performed by skilled orthopedic surgeons on the medical staff are available for bone, spine, joint and muscle disorders and injuries.

Located in the Outpatient Sports and Rehabilitation Center, the program provides advanced equipment and customized treatments to help patients return to their highest possible level of athleticism and independence.

Features include:

  • SwimEx: An aquatic therapy pool which has multiple depths and eight workout stations. This therapeutic pool allows for water flow adjustment to decrease or increase the amount of resistance for walking or swimming in place.
  • Balance System: Equipment that performs standardized fall screenings and athlete knee injury screenings.
  • Dynamic Joint Positioning Biodex System: A system that provides orthopedic testing and rehabilitation for hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, wrist and elbow injuries.
  • A simulator that mimics the motions and forces of "real world" and work activities for the arm and hand.
  • Exercise equipment: Advance treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers, stair steppers and elliptical machines.
