Weight Gain and Eating

At 9 months or so, your baby’s weight gain will likely slow down. She may gain only about 1 pound per month now. This is a normal part of the development that will continue into her second year.

Remember: Babies generally eat until they’re satisfied, and that’s usually enough to provide the energy they need.
