Developing Hand-Eye Coordination

As your child nears age 3, you will soon start to see more control over what he can do with his hands.

Whether drawing or using clay or play-dough, kids at this age are continually mastering new feats of coordination. Provide your child with plenty of opportunities to develop these newly honed skills.

Supply her with many different objects for play, creativity and exploration: art supplies, balls, blocks and even everyday items such as boxes.
