High Chair Safety

Your toddler has probably been using a high chair since she was sitting on her own and eating solid foods. She’ll stay in her high chair for another year or so, though you may find it more difficult as she gets more independent and squirmy.

Climbing into his chair on his own—or standing on it!—may be fun, but these are not safe practices. He may also object to being strapped in, but using both straps (between the legs and around the waist) according to the manufacturer’s instructions is a must
