Macaroni and Cheese Again?

The toddler who insists on eating the same food at mealtime for several days running can prompt concern in even the most laid-back parent. 

But this is normal toddler behavior and it won’t last. Keep offering your child a variety of healthy foods at mealtime and don’t flinch if she zeros in on the same item again and again.

If you ignore it, eventually she’ll reach for something else at the table.
