Toddler Massage

Infant massage is well known to have many benefits for babies. Touch and massage continue to be very healthy for toddlers.

As with young babies, massage can soothe digestion and help children sleep more soundly.

If you didn’t take an infant massage class when your child was a few months old, you may still want to look into a class at your local YMCA or other parenting resource.

But you can also just a gentle back and leg massage into your toddler’s bedtime routine.
