Wondering how much food should you put on your toddler’s plate?
Generally, a toddler’s serving size should be about ¼ of an adult’s serving size. A typical toddler-size meal might include:
- 1 oz of meat
- 1 - 2 Tbsp of a vegetable
- 1 - 2 Tbsp of fruit
- 1/4 slice of bread
