Go outside and simply toss a ball back and forth with your child. It’s great exercise and will help sharpen his or her eye-hand coordination.
With a good game of catch, your child is not only working to catch the ball, but to toss it in your general direction, as well. And if the ball drops, as it often will, running after it can be half the activity and the fun.
